As Gold Coast Land Rover continues to monitor the current COVID-19 situation and the Government's stricter trading conditions, the decision has been made to temporarily reduce the trading hours of our Sales Department. 

We would like to inform customers that our key dealership representatives will continue to work during our regular hours from Monday - Friday. Please see below our temporary Saturday closures.

- Saturday 04 April - Closed 
- Saturday 11 April - Closed (Easter Saturday)
- Saturday 18 April - Closed 
- Saturday 25 April - Closed (ANZAC Day)

Due to the current COVID-19 health situation, our dealership continues to ensure the safety of our valued Land Rover owners, guests, and staff members. Gold Coast Land Rover remains open for business; however significant measures have been put in place to ensure safety and well-being is our top priority during this critical time.

Our Dealership
A ‘non-contact policy’ remains in place across all areas of our dealership along with the required 1.5m social distancing rule being adhered to as much as possible.

Gold Coast Land Rover continues to be professionally cleaned every evening to ensure a pristine premises at all times. In addition, all hard surfaces are frequently cleaned and sanitised throughout the day including waiting areas and seating where applicable as well as counters and table tops.

Hand sanitiser continues to be available for all staff and guests in the dealership.

Your Land Rover
Vehicles arriving for service have all hard surfaces cleaned including but not limited to the steering wheel, gear shifter, door handles and keys.

Our Service Technicians also have precautions in place to ensure safety in our workshop environment including washing and sanitising their hands before and after servicing your vehicle and wearing gloves at all times. Steering wheels and gear shifters are also wrapped in plastic prior to driving your vehicle into our workshop.

Additionally, any other vehicles driven including demonstrators and service loan vehicles are santised after each use.

Enquiries and Appointments
Our dealership is currently monitoring the number of staff and guests on-site each day and as a result, ask that if you wish to visit Gold Coast Land Rover or book your vehicle in for service, that an appointment is made by calling or emailing our team first. This is to mitigate risk and in addition, allow our dealership to continue to provide an exceptional customer experience during this crucial time.

Enquiries can continue to be made through the regular channels including phone, email and via our website. As we continue to monitor developments, any changes to our communication methods or dealership processes will be communicated as soon as possible.

We appreciate the patience of our valued Land Rover owners and guests of the dealership during what is a unique and also disconcerting time.
