SERVICE REQUIREMENTS
Routine services must be performed throughout the life of your vehicle. When a service is due, and when the ignition is switched on, the service interval indicator in the instrument panel of your vehicle will display the relevant service message.
OWNER'S HANDBOOK
Your vehicle comes with access to iGuide Online, a digital handbook containing the most up to date information about all its features. It will outline all you need to know about your vehicle.
PARTS & ACCESSORIES WARRANTY
When a genuine Land Rover part is fitted to your vehicle, it is guaranteed for 12 months and unlimited kms against manufacturing defects. If any part or accessory needs to be repaired or replaced, the work will be completed by one of our Land Rover Authorised Retailers.

Our service plans offer you the reassurance of scheduled servicing over five years or a set number of kilometres, inclusive of genuine Land Rover parts, labour costs and expert care from our trained Technicians. Contact us or book an appointment to find out more.
At Sydney City Land Rover, we know that your time is important, and this is why we are delighted to offer Express Kiosk check-in and check-out. Like an airline kiosk experience, you can check-in from home the night before. Check-in takes less than 2 minutes, and you can do it from anywhere. Simply drop your keys via the self-service kiosk at our Service Department the day of your appointment, and you're all set.
Skip the queue. Check-in, park your vehicle, and drop your keys in the kiosk to avoid the peak service drop-off and pick-up periods.
- Home check-in the night before: The night before your service appointment, you will receive an SMS from Sydney City Land Rover Service Centre with the 'check-in from home' option. Follow the link to start check in, and answer the questions, including your preferred contact method and service appointment details. Simply sign to complete your check in and you'll be ready to drop-off your vehicle.
- Drop-off: When you arrive at Sydney City Land Rover, park in the designated numbered bays, and follow the signage to our Express Kiosks. At the Kiosk, select 'check-in', enter your details including mobile number or registration, add your parking bay number and drop your keys in the automatic locker. You will receive a confirmation SMS acknowledging the check-in of your vehicle and the team will carry out your scheduled service.
- Check-out: You will receive a notification via your preferred contact method when your service is complete. If payment is required, you will be notified. You can collect your vehicle via the Kiosk, or if you prefer, you can speak to our Sydney City Land Rover Service Team. Checking out via the Kiosk? You'll receive a security code to access your vehicle keys from the Kiosk locker. Enter your details, grab your keys and you will find your vehicle in a designated parking bay.
